Milan Lucic Maintains Innocence in Court, Released on Bail

After being arrested due to a domestic situation that led his wife to call 911, Milan Lucic faced charges of assault and battery on a family member.
At his arraignment in municipal court today, Lucic entered a not guilty plea to the charges against him.
"Milan Lucic pleads not guilty to an assault and battery charge in Boston Municipal Court, after being arrested for allegedly pulling his wife by her hair and trying to choke her during an argument, according to court records."
"Boston Bruins forward Milan Lucic was released on personal recognizance bail Tuesday after pleading not guilty to assaulting his wife."
As the legal process continues, Lucic is scheduled for a pretrial hearing on January 19th. He has been granted release on personal recognizance bail and is permitted to attend the next court date via video conference.
Pending the resolution of these legal issues, Lucic's involvement with the Bruins is currently on indefinite suspension, a decision that followed the initial news of the incident.
