On the last day of NHL action before the Christmas holiday break, we witnessed something really special which brought fans out of their seats. For the first time in history, two players scored the lacrosse goal in the same night.

Iconic youngsters Trevor Zegras and Connor Bedard both delivered in impressive fashion scoring beautiful Michigan goals and showcasing the talent of the new generation of young hockey players.

Let's start with the Trevor Zegras goal against the Seattle Kraken.

And secondly, rookie phenom Connor Bedard.

These kids put on quite the show and it's very impressive to see.

However, what's more interesting is the main story that is currently making headlines.

During pre-game warmup, Anaheim Ducks forward Trevor Zegras was interviewed by Montreal-born journalist Aly Lozoff. She made a very special request asking that she would like to see number 11 pull off a "Michigan" just for her.

Trevor Zegras promised her that he would try his best to make her Christmas wish come true and the rest was history.

A man of his word!

It's truly incredible to see him score it in full speed especially given the difficulty and rarity for someone to pull it off in the NHL. It shows just how talented this kid is.
