Cutter Gauthier and his agent being blamed for the Ryan Johansen saga in Philadelphia

Tensions are rising in Philadelphia as reports suggest that former Flyer Cutter Gauthier and his agent may be behind the recent controversy surrounding Ryan Johansen.
Ryan Johansen and his agent have announced they plan to file a grievance following the Flyers' decision to terminate his contract. Johansen claims that a serious hip injury, which prevented him from reporting to the team, is the reason for the dispute.
Flyers insider Anthony DiMarco reported that this alleged hip injury came to light when the team tried to send Johansen to the AHL. DiMarco also pointed out that Johansen's agent, Kurt Overhardt, who also represented Cutter Gauthier, may be stirring up trouble. Gauthier, the Flyers' top prospect, left the team earlier this year under similarly bad circumstances.
Cutter Gauthier was the Flyers' 5th overall pick in 2022 but only played one NHL game before being caught up in controversy. Ryan Johansen, a 2010 first-round pick by the Columbus Blue Jackets, has played in 905 NHL games, scoring 202 goals and 578 points in his career.
With both Gauthier and Johansen represented by the same agent and involved in significant controversies, it's raising questions about the agent's role in these situations.
