The St. Louis Blues are absolutely drowning right now, and their top forward seems to want out.

General manager Doug Armstrong is aggressively working the phones ahead of the March 6 trade deadline. He needs to ruthlessly gut this completely broken roster.
The entire locker room feels completely lost right now. And David Pagnotta just dropped a massive bomb on the DFO Rundown podcast regarding the biggest name on the market.
Jordan Kyrou is officially willing to waive his no-movement clause for the right fit, as he probably wants to go to a contender to chase a ring.
The offensive scoring forward carries a massive contract at $8.125 million against the cap. He easily earns his paycheck when the playoff race heats up.
He already banked 32 points in 47 games for St. Louis this season. But he clearly hates the current rebuild and sits at an ugly minus-7 rating.

Jordan Kyrou willing to waive his no-movement clause

Pagnotta admits a blockbuster deal might actually wait until the summer. General managers simply have way more cap flexibility in the offseason to swallow that massive contract.
But desperate teams will absolutely hunt for his elite speed and goal scoring right now. You just can't ignore a game-breaker if you suffer a brutal injury up front.
The insider also completely crushed any trade rumors surrounding the St. Louis crease. Fans demanded a change, but it just isn't happening.
Armstrong absolutely refuses to move Jordan Binnington. He will only answer the phone if a contender suddenly loses their starter to an injury.
The veteran goalie is having a disastrous season. He owns a miserable .864 save percentage and only 8 wins in 32 grueling games.
He constantly bleeds bad goals. Contenders simply won't sacrifice premium assets for an overpaid anchor dragging down the blue paint.
Kyrou holds all the cards right now. He dictates exactly where he lands and who he plays for, but is willing to waive his no-movement clause.
Will Armstrong actually pull the trigger before the deadline or force his unhappy star to suffer through the rest of the miserable winter?
