On Thursday night, the Calgary Flames and Toronto Maple Leafs played a one goal thriller, and there were plenty of moments throughout the game to make it a memorable one.
The Maple Leafs... acquire AJ Greer?
During a mid-shift battle with Calle Jarnkrok, AJ Greer was pushed in the back near the Toronto Maple Leafs bench, ultimately resulting in the hilarious visual of him being on the Toronto bench.

There was clearly no funny side of it on the ice, as Jarnkrok and Greer exchanged blows during this ordeal, but the fans clearly saw the funny side of the exchange.
Toronto take a close victory
It wasn't without controversy, but the Maple Leafs would ultimately go on to win this matchup on the back of three goals from Auston Matthews, despite the out-gunned Flames putting up a fantastic fight.
This may be what is remembered however, as it's one of those funny moments that could only happen in hockey, and thankfully, no one was hurt and it's something that players can look back on and laugh about when the season is over.
