Vegas Golden Knights forward Jack Eichel received a game misconduct following a vicious spear on Minnesota Wild star Kiril Kaprizov.

Eichel's day at work ended early when he was ejected for a spear on Minnesota Wild star forward Kirill Kaprizov. While not the most severe spear, it led to a 5-minute major penalty and a game misconduct, as determined by the on-ice officials.

Eichel appeared shocked in the penalty box upon hearing the announcement, remaining there for several awkward moments before leaving the ice. His body language clearly conveyed his disbelief at the call.
Given that Kaprizov had just cross-checked Eichel moments earlier, it's understandable why Eichel would be unhappy with the outcome. This marks Eichel's first major penalty in his NHL career.
