Red Wings Captain Larkin Leaves Game With Injury

The Detroit Red Wings faced an unwelcome sight on Sunday as their captain, Dylan Larkin, once again left a game due to an apparent injury.
Here's a look at the replay:
This time, Larkin fell victim to a cross-check to the back delivered by Anaheim Ducks forward Mason McTavish. The forceful hit left Larkin caught between two players, very similar to his last injury. Larkin was visibly frustrated as he slammed his stick into the boards while exiting the ice.
Update:
Very good news for the Detroit Red Wings as Larkin was back out on the ice for the power play to start the second period.
