In breaking news, the Vegas Golden Knights have stolen a promising young defenseman from their rival Los Angeles Kings.

Vegas Golden Knights Claim Tobias Bjornfot Off Waivers

Yesterday, the Los Angeles Kings placed their first round selection in the 2019 draft on waivers and just like that, the Golden Knights pounced on the opportunity.
#VGK claimed Tobias Bjornfot off waivers from #LAKings.
During his tenure with the Kings, the native of Upplands Vasby, Sweden, tallied one goal and contributed 14 assists, accumulating a total of 15 points in 117 career games. Additionally, he held a minus-18 rating with 26 minutes in penalties.
I don't think people should lose sleep over Bjornfot getting claimed.

He hasn't improved, and Moverare was getting games over him when Gavrikov went down. Should tell you all you need to know.

But, wishing Bjornfot good luck in the future. He'll get another opportunity elsewhere. #GoKingsGo
