The first Conn Smythe Trophy winner in #Bolts history has been hired by the St. Louis Blues as a consultant. Brad Richards is one of only six players in Lightning history to record over 200 power-play points with the club.
If Richards succeeds in reviving the Blues powerplay, it could open doors for further opportunities for him potentially in a head coach role.
