There are a few players in the league who you would love to have on your team, but hate to play against, because they play the game on a fine line, and unfortunately, sometimes that line gets crossed.
Michael Bunting is one of those players who has that reputation and tonight it was on full display.
During the second period of tonights game, the Maple Leafs were trying to mount a comeback, but Bunting decided to throw a dirty high illegal hit on Bolts defenceman Erik Cernak, knocking him hard to the ice.
The referee's ended up giving Bunting a match penalty and the Tampa Bay Lightning got a 5 minute powerplay. With the injury to Cernak, we can definitely see a suspension incoming for Bunting.
