James van Riemsdyk cancels his PTO offer with the Seattle Kraken and signs contract with new team

Veteran forward James van Riemsdyk has signed a one year deal with a new NHL team after he reportedly agreed to a PTO with the Seattle Kraken earlier this week.
According to multiple reports, Van Riemsdyk is joining the Columbus Blue Jackets on a one year deal worth $900,000.

The 35-year-old winger had 11 goals, 27 assists, and 38 points in 71 games for the Boston Bruins last season.
