According to TSN insider Pierre Lebrun, the Montreal Canadiens have traded Sean Monahan to the Winnipeg Jets.
Still not finalized, still details to be worked out, but all indications are that the Montreal Canadiens are trading Sean Monahan to the Winnipeg Jets
This comes one day after Elias Lindholm was moved to the Vancouver Canucks. There's no question Jets had interest in Lindholm and feared losing another center on the trade market so they decided to pull the trigger and acquire the next best one available.
