With the Minnesota Wild announcing some major injury news losing their number 1 goaltender Filip Gustavsson and star forward Kiril Kaprizov, they have now officially dipped their toes into the trade market.

The news of Gustavsson's injury was shared on social media, with reports indicating that he will undergo another MRI and miss at least a couple of weeks. As a result, the Wild have placed him on Injured Reserve.

This has prompted the team to explore options for a replacement. The Wild have reportedly set their sights on Montreal Canadiens. TVA Sports reported that the Wild are considering Allen as a potential option.
