The Ottawa Senators have made a splash on the first day of free agency trading defenseman Jacob Chychrun to their division rival.
According to multiple reports, the Detroit Red Wings have acquired defenseman Jacob Chychrun from the Ottawa Senators in exchange for defenseman Nick Jensen and a 3rd round pick.
The #caps acquire Jakob Chychrun from the #sens for Nick Jensen and a 2026 third-round pick.
