The Ottawa Senators have cleared some cap space on the 2nd day of free agency trading forward Mathieu Joseph.
According to insider Chris Johnston, the St. Louis Blues have acquired Mathieu Joseph and a draft pick in exchange for future considerations.
Hearing the #sens are sending a draft pick along with Mathieu Joseph to #stlblues for future considerations.
Clears salary in Ottawa as Joseph had two more years under contract at a $2.95M AAV.
