REPORT: Boston Bruins provides NEGATIVE health update on Patrice Bergeron

The Boston Bruins are set to host the Florida Panthers in game 2 of of the Stanley Cup playoffs and the Bruins currently hold a 1-0 series lead over the Panthers.

The Bruins received some awful news ahead of game 1, with apparently a lot of members of the team catching an illness.
As well as the illnesses, the Bruins are suffering through a few injuries, primarily to team Captain Patrice Bergeron, who suffered an injury in the final game of the season against the Montreal Canadiens.
Bergeron missed game one, which didn't seem to be an issue as the Bruins won 3-1.
The Bruins and their fans were hoping to see their captain back in the lineup for game 2, but it seems as though that wont be the case:
Patrice Bergeron will not play Game 2.

For those wondering if this could be due to team illnesses, it is not, it is due to Bergeron being injured:
