Last night, the Vegas Golden Knights played host to the Winnipeg Jets in an ice hockey match, which culminated in a decisive 5-1 victory for the visiting team. Although the outcome was a surprising turn of events, it was not the focus of conversation among the sports community today.
Instead, the main topic of discussion was the harrowing incident involving Jets Forward Morgan Barron during the first period of the game.
Barron had a frightening moment when he was forcefully shoved face-first into the skate blade of Vegas' goaltender, Laurent Brossoit. The collision caused Barron's face to come into contact with the sharp blade, resulting in a significant laceration to his face. The injury was severe enough that Barron required immediate medical attention and was forced to leave the game.

Barron later returned to the game after receiving medical attention, and it turned out he received 75 stitches near his eye:
