The Boston Bruins have officially made a decision on Milan Lucic's future with the team.

Milan Lucic was known as a tough and intimidating player in the NHL, especially with the Boston Bruins. He had successful seasons with the Bruins before moving to play for the Edmonton Oilers and Calgary Flames, where his performance slowed down.
Last summer, as a free agent, Lucic signed a one-year contract with the Bruins, returning to Boston. However, things did not go as planned.
The reason? Lucic faced legal troubles off the ice. Several months ago, he was arrested for domestic violence and has not been allowed to play any more games with the Bruins this season.
Brittany filed for divorce in April, citing irreconcilable differences. Although Lucic didn't have to go to trial because Brittany refused to testify, it is unlikely he will return to the NHL, and according to a new report, he will not be returning to the Boston Bruins next season.
