Tonight Connor Bedard showed a bit of his aggressive side getting into a back-and-forth with the Carolina Hurricanes and their goaltender.

Bedard Scores Incredible Goal And Showboats In Front Of Hurricanes Goalie

The Carolina Hurricanes were going to need to get Connor Bedard off of his game to beat the Chicago Blackhawks tonight. To do so the Hurricanes turned up the physicality on the rookie phenom. A reverse hit from Sebastian Aho that sent Bedard flying and a skirmish with goalie Spencer Martin set the tone for a fun third period.
In response Connor Bedard decided he was going to turn up the intensity in the third period. This started with an incredible play where Bedard seemed to score a goal while falling. After scoring Bedard would stare down Spencer Martin.
The goal would go on to get overturned but Bedard's tenacity would not be stopped. Bedard would keep working and eventually put home a goal that would count.
Despite no staredown, Bedard still sent a message to not only the Carolina Hurricanes but the entire NHL. If you play Bedard physically and upset him he will just put the puck in your net.
