Columbus Blue Jackets general manager Don Waddell has said that there haven't been many offers for Patrik Laine, who recently requested a trade after leaving the NHL player's assistance program.
Laine can now start talking with potential teams, but according to Waddell, only one team has shown interest so far.
However, there hasn't been much interest in Laine's services just yet. GM Don Waddell told Brian Hedger of the Columbus Dispatch earlier this week that at this point, only one team has contacted him to express interest in acquiring his services.

Laine is currently under a contract worth $8.5 million per season for the next two years, making it a challenge for the Blue Jackets to trade him. Teams like the Hurricanes, Canadiens, Penguins, and Utah Hockey Club have been rumored as potential suitors, but none have shown serious interest yet.
