Danielson is in the midst of his fourth season with the WHL's Brandon Wheat Kings, but now in his final year in the WHL, he's shockingly been traded.
The Wheat Kings have announced on X, formerly known as Twitter that they have landed Nicholas Johnson, Rhett Ravndahl, two first-round picks and a fifth-round pick for the star forward.
🚨TRADE ALERT🚨: The Wheat Kings have traded Nate Danielson to the Portland Winterhawks in exchange for forward Nicholas Johnson, defenseman Rhett Ravndahl, a first round pick in 2025 and 2027, and a fifth round pick in 2026.
