Evander Kane was kicked out of today's practice after a conversation with head coach Kris Knoblauch as the Oilers prepare to face the Panthers in Game 3.
The Oilers are under a lot of pressure. If they lose the next game, the Panthers will be one win away from the Stanley Cup.
During today's practice session, two players were notably absent, raising concerns. Darnell Nurse wasn't on the ice, and Evander Kane left after a conversation with Kris Knoblauch, according to multiple reports:
"Evander Kane and Darnell Nurse did not skate this morning.
Kane was out early but left after a conversation with Kris Knoblauch"

"Kris Knoblauch having an extended conversation with Evander Kane as the Oilers get set to begin practice. It lasted almost 5 minutes. Kane left the ice right after the chat."
Kane has been struggling with injuries since the start of the playoffs, affecting his performance. While he has maintained a physical style in the Finals, his offensive contributions have dropped significantly (four goals and four assists in 20 games).
His status for Game 3 should be confirmed tomorrow. Meanwhile, fans are left wondering if the conversation with Knoblauch was about his health or if Kane's usual antics are causing issues in the locker room at this crucial time for the Oilers.
Stay tuned as we try to uncover the truth behind this situation. More updates to come.
