Evander Kane visibly upset as famous celebrity roasts McDavid and the Oilers

Last night, comedian Nikki Glaser hosted the 2024 ESPY Awards and took aim at Edmonton Oilers captain Connor McDavid while presenting the award for best male athlete.
During her speech, Glaser joked about the Oilers' loss to the Florida Panthers in Game 7 of the Stanley Cup Finals, saying it must have stung for McDavid to lose to a team near the beach.
«For now the only Stanley Cup Connor [McDavid] will get to hold will be the one his wife asks him to grab out of the cabinet,» she joked.
The camera then showed Oilers forward Evander Kane, who was attending the event and looked visibly unimpressed by Glaser's joke.
Patrick Mahomes ended up winning the award over McDavid, with Chiefs coach Andy Reid accepting on his behalf. Meanwhile, Kane likely spent the rest of the night sulking about the joke that made his team look foolish.
