The NHL is already a dangerous enough league as it is, but with players charging goaltenders like this, it's no surprise that a suspension was levied.

William Lockwood given three-games by the NHL

During the 6-4 thriller between the Minnesota Wild and Florida Panthers, one moment stands out above the rest, as William Lockwood took out Marc-Andre Fleury, injuring the veteran star.

Unsurprisingly, this caught the attention of the NHL's DoPS, and ultimately, it has resulted in a three game suspension for the 25-year old forward.

Florida's William Lockwood has been suspended for three games for goalie interference on Minnesota's Marc-Andre Fleury.

In 23 games this year, Lockwood has tallied just one assist, and while playing hard is great for teams, playing reckless isn't, so we will now wait and see just how he's viewed in Florida after a play like this.
