Montreal Canadiens forward Cole Caufield made headlines after the team's 5-4 loss to the Ottawa Senators on Saturday night, where he openly criticized a journalist during a press conference.

Clearly frustrated by the defeat, especially after his mistake in the shootout, Caufield didn't hold back his feelings when addressing the Montreal media.
After suffering their ninth consecutive loss against the Senators, Caufield was asked why the Canadiens struggled to defeat the Ontario team. However, he quickly lost patience and gave a succinct response that spoke volumes.

With a dismissive expression, the Bleu-Blanc-Rouge star simply replied, "It's great," indicating his unwillingness to provide further elaboration.
His facial expression conveyed his frustration, and it's likely the journalist won't be asking such questions to Caufield again anytime soon.
Many observers appreciated Caufield's directness in putting the journalist in their place for what they deemed an absurd question.
Despite his shootout mishap, Caufield had a strong game with two goals, bringing his season total to 27 goals and 37 assists (64 points) in 80 games.
