Artemir Panarin has had to decline the invitation to represent the New York Rangers at this year's All-Star weekend.

The organization shared a statement explaining his decision.

In the video, he invites fans to vote for his teammates. Mika Zibanejad, Chris Kreider, Alexis Lafreniere, Vincent Trocheck, Jacob Trouba and Adam Fox could be at the All-Star weekend.
