Some bad news striked the Boston Bruins late Tuesday night as their number one star goaltender Linus Ullmark went down with an injury and had to be helped off the ice.
Star Bruins Goaltender Linus Ullmark Leaves Game With Injury
Insider Elliotte Friedman has reported that Linus Ullmark left the game in overtime with an injury against the Arizona Coyotes.

Ullmark made a desperation glove save with 2:20 left in overtime, and went down awkwardly on the ice. He stayed down until the Bruins training staff helped him up. It's unclear what the injury is. The Vezina Trophy winner skated cautiously to the bench, and Jeremy Swayman replaced him, conceding the winning goal on the first shot.
Here's the play that resulted in the injury:
Ullmark had 35 saves in the game, boasting a 13-5-2 record with a 2.74 goals-against average and a .917 save percentage. If he's out, Brandon Bussi from Providence might be called up and they will have to rely heavily on Jeremy Swayman.
The Bruins have also lost Carlo and Poitras to injuries on this road trip with two more games ahead.
We hope Linus Ullmark's injury is not serious.
Stay tuned for more updates.
