Montreal Canadiens Forward Alex Newhook Suffers Long Term Injury

The Montreal Canadiens were struck with some unfortunate news today. Forward Alex Newhook will be out for a significant time due to an ankle injury.

#GoHabsGo    say Alex Newhook will be out 10-12 weeks with a high ankle sprain.

Although not great news, it isn't as serious as it potentially could have been given the nature of the collision.

Newhook is tied with Cole Caufield for the team lead in goals with seven, and five back of the duo of Caufield and Nick Suzuki in points. He has become a key part of the team's offence since making his move to the wing.
