Winnipeg Jets Star Forward Kyle Connor Has To Be Helped Off The Ice After He Suffers Bad Injury

In breaking news, Winnipeg Jets star forward Kyle Connor appears to have suffered a bad injury after colliding knee on knee with Ryan Strome.
Mark Scheifele was quick to defend his teammate as he quickly dropped the gloves to fight Ryan Strome with no hesitation.

Dangerous knee-on-knee hit by Ryan Strome on Kyle Connor gets him a five-minute major and game misconduct. Mark Scheifele fought Strome right after. Connor was helped from the ice to the Jets room. Looked like he couldn't put weight on his right leg.

Kyle Connor has to be helped off the ice by Nikolaj Ehlers and Josh Morrissey after taking a knee on knee hit from Ryan Strome.

Mark Scheifele fought Strome after the hit but the real concern is Connor's right knee and the extent of the damage done by that hit.

Winnipeg Jets PR has also provided an update on the injury.
