On Monday afternoon, the Seattle Kraken officially made a move and have placed one of their veteran forwards on the waiver wire.
Seattle Kraken Place Devin Shore On Waivers
Chris Johnston of The Athletic reported that Devin Shore has been placed on waivers by Seattle.
Placed on NHL waivers today: Devin Shore (SEA).
In 21 appearances with the Kraken this season, Shore has contributed four points, 15 shots on goal, and 16 hits. Additionally, he has recorded three goals and three assists in nine games for the AHL's Coachella Valley during the 2023-24 campaign. If Shore clears waivers, he is expected to report to the minors.
The 29-year-old forward was selected in the second round of the 2012 draft by the Dallas Stars and has played 443 NHL games with the Stars, Anaheim Ducks, Columbus Blue Jackets, Oilers, and Kraken, amassing 51 goals and 139 points in his career.
