In breaking news, general manager of the Pittsburgh Penguisn Kyle Dubas has made a roster move placing one of his forwards on the waiver wire.
Penguins Place Colin White On Waivers
According to insider Elliotte Friedman, the Pittsburgh Penguins have officially placed former first round draft pick Colin White on the waiver wire.
Colin White (PIT) on waivers
This move is for the intention of sending White down to the AHL's Wilkes-Barre/Scranton team.
White, who is 27 years old, hasn't scored any points in the 10 games he's played since being called up by Pittsburgh from WBS on January 13th. In his last two games, he played less than 10 minutes each time and was probably going to be taken out of the lineup anyway, especially with Noel Acciari set to return from a concussion against the Canadiens tomorrow.
Do you think Colin White will get claimed?
