BREAKING: Canucks and Canadiens make a trade

The Vancouver Canucks have sent Tanner Pearson to another Canadian team.

It was announced that Tanner Pearson has been traded to the Montreal Canadiens.

"Full trade, per sources:

To #Habs: Tanner Pearson, 2025 3rd Round Pick
To #Canucks: Casey DeSmith

No salary retained."

Still working on the return here, but the belief is the #canucks are not retaining any of Tanner Pearson's remaining contract in this trade.

After spending the last season on the LTIR, Pearson is back in form and looks to come back in the NHL.
