TRADE: Two teams teams make RARE post-deadline TRADE

On March 3rd of this year, was the National Hockey Leagues trade deadline.

Any trades made after that date cannot impact NHL rosters, and players involved in such trades are ineligible for the playoffs. So while trades can continue to be made, the trades cannot impact an NHL roster.
However, it was announced yesterday by the NHL that the Nashville Predators and St. Louis Blues had made a trade after the deadline.
The #Preds have acquired forward Anthony Angello from #StlBlues    for future considerations.

Back in 2014, Anthony Angello was selected by the Nashville Predators in the 5th round of the NHL draft. The 27-year-old forward has played 31 games in the NHL, all of them with the Pittsburgh Penguins. This season, Angello has been playing for the Springfield Thunderbirds in the Blues organization, where he has scored 6 goals and provided 5 assists in 45 games.
