According to insider Elliotte Friedman who was the first to report the trade, the Buffalo Sabres have officially traded defenseman Erik Johnson to the Philadelphia Flyers.

In exchange, the Sabres are receiving a fourth round draft choice from the Flyers.
The #flyers are sending a 2024 fourth-round pick to Buffalo for Erik Johnson.
