Trevor Zegras Takes Shot At Mullet Arena

Mullet Arena, home of the Arizona State University Sundevils and the NHL's Arizona Coyotes, has been part of many punchlines for hockey-related jokes since the Coyotes moved there last season. NHL players are even getting in of the fun now as some have made jokes about the arena publicly.

Zegras Makes Fun Of Mullet Arena

Ducks star forward Trevor Zegras was asked what it is like playing in an arena as unique as Mullet Arena ahead of his matchup against the Coyotes this afternoon. His response was quite funny.

First, he stares at the reporter with a bit of a blank expression on his face before giving the camera side-eye and saying "its great" while laughing. Safe to say that Zegras could have a career in stand up if this whole hockey thing doesn't work out.

Coyotes Future Still Up In The Air

The Coyotes originally agreed to share Mullet Arena with the ASU Sundevils for three seasons. This year marks the second year of that deal and the team still has no solid plans for a permanent home.

Multiple possible solutions have already fallen by the wayside and the Coyotes may be running out of options. As this saga continues it seems like relocation may be becoming more likely even though the league still is adamant that the team will stay in the Phoenix area.
