Jakub Lauko Shares Disturbing Photos of His Eye Injury

During the recent Bruins-Blackhawks game, Bruins forward Jakub Lauko experienced a frightening injury after a skate hit his face. He later shared how terrifying the incident actually was.

Lauko, the 23-year-old winger, didn't lose his sense of humor even after such an alarming accident. Today, he once again displayed his playful side by sharing his first post-injury selfie on X.

Thankfully, Lauko's injury didn't cost him his eyesight, and he's currently in good spirits, even managing to crack jokes about the situation. However, he did sustain a fracture in addition to the laceration. This will necessitate a recovery period of roughly a week. As he recuperates, the Bruins are set to face the Red Wings in their upcoming match tomorrow.
