Oskar Olausson Suffers Season Ending Injury
General manager Joe Sakic revealed tough news for the Avalanche announcing that forward Oskar Olausson will have surgery, ending his season.
Colorado Eagles forward Oskar Olausson will undergo season-ending shoulder surgery on Monday (Feb. 26). He is expected to make a full recovery.
Olausson, drafted 28th overall by the Colorado Avalanche in 2021, has been an important player for their AHL team, the Colorado Eagles, and was in line for a potential NHL call-up.
