Flyers general manager Daniel Briere has described the injury as minor and expects Konecny to be out on a day-to-day basis. However, despite Briere's attempt to downplay the situation, some reports suggest that Konecny has also been ruled out for Sunday's game against the Pittsburgh Penguins, their intrastate rivals.
