Thankfully, Clifton showed sportsmanship by tapping Veleno with his stick to check on him. It's always worrying to see a player take a shot to the face, but hopefully, Veleno avoided serious injury.
It wasn't an easy night for Detroit as Buffalo ended up winning the game 7-3 against their division rival.
