As reported by Andy Strickland, today the St. Louis Blues have released Nick Ritchie from his professional tryout agreement with the team.

Ritchie was a former 10th overall pick by the Anaheim Ducks in the 2014 NHL entry draft. He played 5 seasons with the Ducks before moving to the Bruins, and then the Leafs for a year.
This was likely one of his last opportunities to make an NHL roster.
