The Vancouver Canucks are facing a major setback in their playoff journey as their top goalie, Thatcher Demko, is sidelined with an injury, likely missing the rest of the series against the Nashville Predators.

Sources tell @DailyFaceoff: #Canucks Thatcher Demko is out for Game 2. His status for the series is questionable.
Casey DeSmith is set to step in as the starting goaltender for game 2, with Arturs Silovs as backup. Demko, who missed some games at the end of the regular season due to a knee injury, did not skate recently due to treatment after game 1.
Hearing Thatcher Demko injured and questionable for rest of series
Although he did skate the day before, he won't be playing tonight. The team will assess a new injury concern today. Demko, a two-time All-Star, has been a staple for the Canucks since he was drafted by them in 2014.
Do you think the Vancouver Canucks can still beat the Nashville Predators without Thatcher Demko?
