After beating the Toronto Maple Leafs in what many are saying is the new era of the battle of Ontario, the Ottawa Senators have made roster move.

Ottawa Senators Place Zack MacEwen On Waivers

The Ottawa Senators have put Zack MacEwen on waivers again, according to insider Chris Johnston. This is the second time this season that the experienced grinder has been placed on waivers.
Placed on NHL waivers today: Zack MacEwen (OTT).
MacEwen, aged 26, is under a one-way contract worth $775,000 per season. He began last season playing for the Philadelphia Flyers but was later traded to the Los Angeles Kings. He also played in one playoff game.
MacEwen, 27, has two goals and one assist in 22 games with Ottawa this season. In four games with AHL Belleville, he scored two goals.
The Charlottetown, PEI native has appeared in 208 career NHL games, scoring 15 goals with 31 points split between the Canucks, Philadelphia Flyers, Los Angeles Kings and Senators.
Do you think MacEwen gets claimed?
