In breaking news, longtime NHL goaltender Jaroslav Halak has found a new home after reaching a new contract agreement.
Jaroslav Halak Signs New Contract
Jaroslav Halak, the experienced goaltender, is set to play for HC Slovan Bratislava in the Slovak Extraliga. He hasn't finalized the contract yet but plans to decide by the end of the month.
Jaroslav Halak has an agreement to play for Slovan Bratislava back home in Slovakia. He will decide whether or not to sign the contract by the end of the month, and pending a medical. He's currently in Boston
At 38 years old, Halak was seeking an NHL contract this season to reach 300 career wins. Despite a tryout with the Carolina Hurricanes, he didn't secure a deal. Now, he's returning home to pursue his career, at least for now.
