Connor McDavid was back on the ice this morning, but according to the Edmonton Oilers captain, he's not quite at 100% ahead of the Stanley Cup Playoffs.

The Edmonton Oilers were without their captain last game against the Vegas Golden Knights, and while he was practicing on Friday morning at high intensity, he's now revealed that he's not quite ready to return.
McDavid says he's not likely to go tonight. Said it was a bit of a nagging injury as well as something he tweaked vs Calgary, but he expects to be fully healed up by playoffs. Didn't commit to tomorrow vs Van either. Skated hard for over 30 mins today.
On the surface this may seem worrying for the Oilers and their fans, but McDavid is confident that he will be at 100% when game one of the Stanley Cup Playoffs begins as the Oilers continue their quest for another Cup. If he does remain out for the remainder of the regular season, his chase for 100 assists will end at 99, but with bigger goals in Edmonton, he is clearly focused on the Stanley Cup Playoffs.
