In a recent team announcement, the Seattle Kraken revealed that defenseman Jaycob Megna has been placed on waivers for the purpose of assigning him to their AHL affiliate, the Coachella Valley Firebirds.
The #SeaKraken have placed defenseman Jaycob Megna on waivers with the intent to reassign him to Coachella Valley.
Megna has yet to play in a regular season game this season so it's unlikely he gets claimed. Notably, this move signifies the sixth time Megna has been subject to waivers since entering the league in the 2016-17 season.
