Valeri Nichushkin of the Colorado Avalanche has been given the green light by the NHL/NHLPA Player Assistance Program to resume practicing with the team.
Nichushkin entered the program on January 15, without a specified timeline for his return.
In a statement issued at the time, Nichushkin expressed his decision to seek help through the program, stating his commitment to addressing his issues and preventing any further negative outcomes. He expressed gratitude to his family, the Avalanche organization, and the fans for their support.
