New York Rangers goaltender Igor Shesterkin and Pittsburgh Penguins forward Sidney Crosby, both known for their passion and high expectations, clashed during tonight's game at Madison Square Garden.

As Crosby chased the puck behind the Rangers net, he took a swing at Shesterkin. Instead of backing down, Shesterkin stood his ground and confronted Crosby.

The Penguins are fighting hard to keep their playoff hopes alive, while the Rangers are aiming to secure the top spot in the Metropolitan Division. A win for the Penguins tonight could bring them within five points of the last playoff spot, but with many teams vying for it, closing the gap completely seems challenging.
