Kyle Dubas has been well-known as a control freak for a number of years now, and in his first season in charge of the Penguins, he's showing us just how controlling he is.

The Penguins missed the playoffs for the first time in years in 2022-23, but after acquiring Erik Karlsson, Reilly Smith and some solid names this summer, it appears they're ready to bounce back in a big way this season.
They're still an ageing team, but with Crosby, Malkin, Guentzel, Karlsson and Letang leading the way, their Stanley Cup window is still open, and with Dubas at the helm, things could turn around in a big way.
